HOW IT WORKS

1 We enter your menu into the iEat Victoria ordering system (small one time set-up fee of $50)
2 Once your menu is in the system customers can browse your menu and place an order from the comfort of their computer screen.
3 iEatVictoria recieves the order and proceeds to confirm it by telephone. Once confirmed the order is sent to the restaurant.
4 The restaurant recieves the order by fax or email along with a phone call informing the restaurant that they have an order.
Details of the order are found in the fax or email. (See note 1 below)
5 The restaurant prepares the order for delivery or take out.
6 The restaurant gets a permanent web address that they can use on their advertising or link to from their own website.

7 The restaurant recieves a monthly bill for each web order recieved from iEat Victoria.


Note 1: For restaurants who can not possibly get a fax or an email at the restaurant
web orders may be phoned in by our system for an extra $.76 per order.
Our computer / or call center staff will phone in the order to the restaurant.
